Ready to Donate? Here's How it Works:
- Share Your Offering: Please use our Equipment Donation Form to tell us about the item(s) you wish to donate. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email devante@walkerwest.org.
- Assessment: Our team will carefully assess the current need for your donation. Please allow up to two weeks for us to respond to your inquiry.
- Coordination: If your donation meets our current needs, a staff member will contact you to arrange a convenient drop-off time during our business hours. Please avoid bringing items in plastic bags.
We Welcome Donations of:
- Musical Instruments (in playable condition or suitable for repair)
- Computer Equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)
- Office Supplies (paper, pens, folders, etc.)
- Music Books and Sheet Music
